Cohere Health is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist in Hyderabad, Telangana, to support its Utilization Management Service Operations team. The role leads new-hire onboarding and ongoing training, develops training materials and workflow documentation, conducts judgment-based quality audits, coaches employees, analyzes training and quality data, reports findings to senior leadership, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and identifies automation and continuous-improvement opportunities. It also includes information-security responsibilities, including supporting security activities, competence, policies, and issue reporting. The position requires substantial US healthcare payer and training experience, HIPAA knowledge, adult-learning expertise, virtual facilitation, communication, and data-analysis skills.
