Learning & Development Specialist at CPC

The Learning & Development Specialist will execute and scale learning programs, facilitate instructor-led training, administer the LMS, coordinate vendors and logistics, and support learner engagement across the County Materials Family of Companies. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, human resources, education, or a related field, at least 2 years of learning and development experience, and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The position is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, with 15% travel, standard business hours, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
