Description
The Learning and Development Specialist will deliver virtual and in-person training programs, evaluate and improve instructional content, maintain training materials, and support scheduling and logistics. The role requires at least two years of experience delivering training or facilitating adult learning modules to large audiences, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or an alternative pathway requiring six years of relevant work experience. The position is based in the DMV area with one on-site visit per month in either Canton or Columbia, Maryland, and may be extended.
