Learning & Development Specialist at Redwood

The Learning and Development Specialist will administer and deliver training programs, manage the Learning Management System, support instructional design, and facilitate the corporate New Hire Orientation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant certifications or experience, at least two years of LMS administration experience, and experience in training delivery; LMS administration, instructional design, eLearning authoring, and training delivery experience are preferred. The position is remote in Southern California with occasional meetings in Chino Hills, California, and pays $95,000 annually.
