Renewi is hiring a temporary Learning & Development Specialist for 7 months in a hybrid role in the Netherlands. The position develops e-learning, videos, knowledge articles, and digital learning solutions for safety, compliance, strategic initiatives, and organization-wide programs, using tools such as Synthesia and learning management systems. The role requires an HBO education, experience with e-learning or knowledge management, familiarity with AI and learning technologies, strong Dutch writing skills, stakeholder-management experience, and a proactive, independent approach. The salary is €4,195–€5,750 gross per month, with vacation pay, pension, and a laptop included.
