Securitas is hiring a Learning & Development Consultant in Zellik to lead the company’s learning strategy, develop and optimize training courses, manage digital learning and the Totara Learning Management System, support compliance and evaluation processes, coach trainers, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The role requires a master’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant Learning & Development experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in French or Dutch with English knowledge.
