Metalsa is hiring a Learning and Development Specialist in Hopkinsville, Kentucky to identify training needs, design and standardize learning materials, administer onboarding and safety training, coordinate training logistics, develop internal instructors, manage external training providers, evaluate training effectiveness, maintain compliance records and dashboards, and support employee development programs in a manufacturing environment. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, project and change management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with SHRM/PHR certification and manufacturing or union-environment experience preferred.
