Conduent is hiring a full-time, onsite Learning and Development Specialist in South Bend, Indiana, to facilitate learning and development programs for employees working on Indiana public assistance programs. The role applies adult learning and instructional design principles, delivers classroom instruction, assesses learner needs, tracks progress, coaches learners, and collaborates with state partners and project staff. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience with Indiana Eligibility Program public assistance programs, and experience with IEDSS and related eligibility processes; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent facilitator experience is preferred.
