Description
The Learning & Development Specialist supports Hope Network’s newly hired and existing employees by coordinating and delivering orientation, compliance, community mental health, CPR/First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention training. The role also manages training documentation, UKG and Compass compliance tools, learning-management-system reporting, invoice processing, and continuous improvement of learning processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, strong presentation skills, training-development knowledge, 2–4 years of training-facilitation experience, 1–3 years with learning-management systems, and experience with Microsoft Office and online meeting platforms. The position offers $20.00–$23.00 per hour and medical, vision, and dental benefits depending on full- or part-time status.
