Learning and Development Strategy at JDE Peet’s

JDE Peet's is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Learning and Development Specialist. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Talent Development Manager CEE to identify and address training and development needs, co-create and implement learning solutions, and ensure alignment with the organization's global strategy. Responsibilities include designing and facilitating workshops, managing logistics for training initiatives, developing training materials, analyzing program effectiveness, and supporting employer branding and recruitment. The role requires a university degree, preferably in HR, psychology, management, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
