Description
The Training Manager will develop, plan, implement, and evaluate training programs and materials for First Sumiden Circuits, Inc., including FSCT University. The role covers training needs analysis, annual training planning, LMS and blended-learning delivery, documentation, reporting, benchmarking, compliance, and program improvement. It requires at least five years of training or learning-and-development experience, supervisory experience or ten years in L&D, facilitation and instructional-design skills, and experience in a manufacturing, technical, or corporate training environment.
