The employer is seeking experienced Learning & Development and Training professionals for multiple opportunities supporting a major organisation in Qatar. The role involves training needs analysis, programme design, delivery, evaluation and reporting, with a strong preference for candidates having 6+ years of relevant experience, KAHRAMAA or Qatar/GCC experience, Arabic and English language capability, and exposure to ERP, HRIS, LMS, ISO, risk management or compliance systems. Electrical training candidates are encouraged to have a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering and experience delivering technical training. The work is based in Doha, Qatar.
