Helsing is hiring a Learning Lead to own the day-to-day design, delivery, and continuous improvement of its onboarding, leadership, and learning programmes. The role focuses on facilitating in-person onboarding in Munich, coordinating multi-stakeholder logistics, supporting new joiners and managers, maintaining knowledge resources, developing learning content, measuring engagement, and aligning with People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
