Description
The Learning and Instruction Specialist develops and delivers participatory STEM programs for school, youth, family, educator, and community audiences, including virtual and in-person experiences. The role creates and maintains curricula, facilitates learning, supports professional development, mentors staff, collaborates across museum divisions, develops external partnerships, contributes to grant and development proposals, and helps evaluate and improve STEM pedagogy. The position requires strong communication, collaboration, customer service, inclusivity, and results orientation, with an expected annual hiring range of $45,441 to $47,223.
