Description
Harper is hiring a Learning & Knowledge Systems Lead to turn operators’ undocumented knowledge into structured, retrievable knowledge and executable AI playbooks. The role embeds with sales, intake, service, placements, and renewals; extracts decisions, edge cases, workflows, and system boundaries; graduates rules into agent skills; creates onboarding paths and rollout plans; and drives adoption across the company. It is an on-site, Monday–Friday role in San Francisco requiring 3–8 years of relevant experience, strong writing and information-architecture skills, and practical AI-tool fluency. Compensation is $110,000–$170,000 plus performance bonuses and equity, with health, dental, and vision insurance.
