Description
The Learning and Operations Specialist analyzes multifamily portfolio performance, conducts audits and operational reviews, and delivers on-site coaching, training, and development for leasing and concierge teams. The role combines office-based analytical work with a baseline schedule of three days per week on-site across properties, with two office days and a fully in-office arrangement. Responsibilities include onboarding, performance coaching, Yardi and other platform training, resident-survey and conversion analysis, file and transfer audits, renewal tracking, training-content development, and collaboration with property and regional leadership. The position requires at least five years of multifamily experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and offers $70,000-$80,000 per year with a potential end-of-year bonus.
