Amgen is hiring a Learning & Performance Manager to partner with functional leaders and HR teams on learning and development strategy for the Gulf Cluster. The role designs and delivers training programs, builds leadership and technical capabilities, supports talent development and succession planning, evaluates learning effectiveness, and uses analytics to measure return on investment. Candidates need 5–8 years of experience in learning and performance, pharmaceutical industry experience, instructional design knowledge, project and stakeholder management skills, and English fluency; French is a plus.
