Description
WGNSTAR is hiring a Learning & Talent Development Coordinator to support apprenticeship programs, talent mobility, learning content, LMS coordination, and workforce development initiatives across its semiconductor business. The role partners with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, operations, and other stakeholders; supports project tracking, dashboards, documentation, meetings, and reporting; and maintains learning resources. It is a contract position of up to six months, requiring 30–35 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday office-based hybrid schedule and pay of $19–$22 per hour depending on experience. The role is based in Chandler or Tempe, Arizona, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
