PNC is hiring a Learning & Talent Development Specialist to support the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs, including stakeholder consultation, curriculum and resource creation, project and program management, measurement, live and virtual instruction, content quality review, reporting, and data analysis. The role is based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Denver, Birmingham, Houston, Dallas, or Miamisburg and requires a bachelor's degree and less than one year of professional experience or a comparable development program. The base salary is $41,250 to $75,625, and the position is in-office with no visa sponsorship.
