Description
The Learning & Talent Operations Coordinator supports the organization’s learning, talent, and operational effectiveness by administering and improving the Learning Management System, managing training content and compliance reporting, developing basic eLearning materials, and providing user support. The role also provides administrative and HR support to the site leadership team and employee engagement initiatives. It is a fully on-site position in New Hope, Minnesota, with a salary range of $62,000 to $78,000.
