Description
The NATO Communications and Information Agency is hiring a full-time, on-site Training Operations Coordinator in Oeiras, Portugal. Reporting to the Chief Learning Coordinator, the role supports training coordinators, instructors, and students from NATO and national organizations by coordinating course iterations, scheduling, technical and logistical support, resources, funding, events, and participant onboarding. The position requires at least three years of progressively responsible experience in education, training, or NATO command/international organization training, enterprise-system proficiency, strong administrative and customer-service skills, and a valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
