Description

The Learning Architect designs, develops, and maintains platform-specific training curricula within a GxP-regulated manufacturing operating model. The role partners with site subject matter experts, platform leads, the Center of Excellence, and cross-functional teams to ensure content is current, compliant, accurate, and aligned with manufacturing processes and qualification requirements. Responsibilities include curriculum governance, content quality, learning equivalency decisions, Time to Qualification optimization, OJT standardization, and data-driven curriculum improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree or 10 years of equivalent relevant experience, plus 5+ years of experience in a GxP-regulated environment and expertise in instructional design, curriculum design, LMS, and GMP training.
