Description
The Fulfillment Center Learning Manager leads the learning organization at a Fulfillment Center, managing training specialists and overseeing associate and manager onboarding, safety and compliance training, and learning performance. The role partners with operations, senior leadership, and external customers to improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience, while using data and continuous-improvement methods to develop strategic plans and communicate process changes. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preferred qualifications including a master's degree, five-plus years of training and learning management experience, and Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma experience. The role is based in Aurora, Colorado, with a base salary of $82,200 to $130,900 annually.
