Description
The Trainer coordinates and executes training across all process paths in a Fulfillment Center, evaluates and refines processes and techniques, supports training plans and new-hire performance, and improves learning effectiveness and production. The role supervises Instructors and Peer Trainers, delivers MEATR-standard training and coaching, maintains training records, analyzes learning data, supports critical-role and cross-training, and partners with operations and agency managers. Basic qualifications include written and verbal communication, presentation experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency; English fluency and a graduate or postgraduate qualification are preferred.
