Think Zone is hiring a full-time, in-person Learning Center Manager to lead the daily operations, student and family experience, community growth, and team leadership of a K–8 math learning center. The role manages scheduling and tutors, coordinates classrooms and learning resources, supports local marketing and school partnerships, converts trial students into enrollments, recruits and trains tutors, and provides coaching. A bachelor’s degree and Bay Area availability are required; education, operations, customer service, or team leadership experience is a plus. Compensation includes a $30 base plus enrollment commission, a performance bonus, and estimated total compensation of $61,000–$100,000+, with health insurance, paid sick leave, a 401(k) match, and a career advancement pathway.
