Think Zone is hiring a full-time, in-person Learning Center Manager in Campbell, California. The role leads daily center operations, scheduling, tutor and classroom coordination, student and family relationships, enrollment growth, community engagement, and team leadership. It offers a $30 base pay plus commission based on student enrollment, performance bonuses, health insurance, paid sick leave, a 401(k) match, and a career advancement path toward regional management. A bachelor’s degree and Bay Area availability are required; education, operations, customer service, or team leadership experience is a plus.
