Description
The Learning Consultant/Sr Learning Consultant will support biotech and pharmaceutical clients by gathering content requirements, designing live instructional materials and eLearning modules, writing instructional copy, storyboarding courses, developing interactive content with authoring tools, maintaining materials, evaluating learning effectiveness, and ensuring accessibility. The role requires a bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field, at least six years of learning and development experience, three years of life science learning experience, and three years of eLearning content development experience, along with experience using Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
