Rotork is hiring a Learning Content Developer to transform technical information about its Service business into digital learning content. The role partners with global subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs, design eLearning modules and supporting resources using tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, create assessments and scenarios, manage multiple learning projects, and review existing materials. Candidates should be able to simplify technical concepts into sales messaging, work with global stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and communicate with leadership up to the board level.
