Description
The Learning Content Developer will design, develop, and maintain learning content for LAGOS’s retail stores, corporate functions, customer care, and distribution operations. The role translates business strategies, product education, selling techniques, leadership expectations, and operational processes into digital, instructor-led, virtual, blended, microlearning, video-based, and performance-support solutions. Responsibilities include partnering with subject-matter experts, managing learning projects, conducting needs analyses, evaluating effectiveness, and continuously improving content quality and learner engagement. The position requires 3–7 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, proficiency with learning authoring tools and LMS systems, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
