Amazon is hiring a Learning Coordinator to coordinate training activities across multiple logistics sites in and around Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture. The role partners with learning specialists, station and area managers, shift assistants, sort associates, and external partners to deliver new-hire and safety training, support contract-employee leaders, track training progress and effectiveness, prepare reports, monitor compliance, and address training-related issues. The position is shift-based, may involve relocation or night shifts, and requires at least two years of talent-development experience, basic Excel skills, and business-level Japanese proficiency.
