Amazon is hiring a Learning Coordinator to coordinate training activities across multiple last-mile sites, including Kuse in Kyoto Prefecture. The role partners with learning specialists, station and area managers, shift assistants, sort associates, and external partners; oversees onboarding, safety and other training quality, post-training reporting, compliance, performance monitoring, skill development, and training effectiveness. The position works on a shift basis, may involve transfers and night shifts, and requires at least two years of people-development experience, basic Excel skills, and business-level Japanese proficiency.
