Ripco Credit Union is hiring a Learning Design & Development Specialist to design and deliver employee training, improve onboarding, support leadership and career development, strengthen member-service and financial-wellness learning, measure program results, and foster continuous learning. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating workplace learning programs, and experience creating digital learning content and instructional materials. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with relevant financial-institution experience and CCUFC and CCUF designations or the ability to obtain them.
