Thornbury Community Services is hiring a female-only Support Worker within Learning Disability Services in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, to provide person-centered care in a client’s home. The role supports a young person with ADHD, complex mood and emotional dysregulation, and challenging behaviour by building trust, encouraging independence, promoting life skills, and supporting community activities. It requires 12 months of UK-based community experience, risk-management and physical-intervention confidence, PBS knowledge, and strong ethical standards. The position offers flexible day, night, and weekend shifts, £16.81–£21.01 per hour, travel and mileage reimbursement, employee assistance, and training.
