Description
The Learning Engagement Associate supports AAAS’s Office of Advancement by developing learning content and events, creating communication plans, facilitating training, managing engagement activities, and supporting learning and development strategy. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in learning design and technology or a related field, 2–4 years of learning and development experience, instructional design and adult learning knowledge, course-development proficiency with platforms such as Articulate, RISE, and SCORM, facilitation experience, and approximately 10% travel. Compensation is $65,000–$78,000 per year, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.
