The role combines strategic learning consultancy with sales support, including bid and proposal work, client pitches, and consultative engagements. Responsibilities include assessing skill gaps, designing bespoke learning experiences, facilitating workshops, advising strategic accounts, and supporting internal and external partnerships. The position requires strategic consultancy, experience design, storytelling, business acumen, customer excellence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity; preferred qualifications include consultative learning experience, agency work, learning theory knowledge, and service delivery experience.
