Replit is hiring a full-time Learning Experience Creator to turn product knowledge into clear documentation, guided learning, short-form video, interactive courses, walkthroughs, and other learning experiences. The role owns content creation, lifecycle freshness, calendars, discoverability, engagement metrics, and outcomes such as ticket deflection and CSAT, while collaborating with technical, learning, documentation, and product teams. Candidates should have a proven portfolio across at least two formats, strong writing and storytelling skills, short-form video production ability, and a willingness to learn products quickly. The role is based in Foster City, California, with an in-office requirement on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
