TTEC is hiring a Media Design Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality digital learning media solutions in its Learning Development & Enablement practice. The role manages a team of media designers, developers, video specialists, and creative professionals; partners with instructional and project stakeholders; oversees project capacity and priorities; and improves media development processes. The position is remote in Manila, Philippines, reports to the Director or Executive Director of Learning Development & Enablement, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, 5–8 years of relevant experience, and 2–3 years of people leadership experience.
