Homecare Homebase is hiring a Learning Experience Designer to develop, maintain, and optimize employee and client education resources. The role creates interactive eLearning experiences, instructional content, storyboards, assessments, and performance-support tools; collaborates with subject matter experts; and coordinates training programs through a learning management system. It requires a bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning technologies, or a related field, at least three years of related work experience, eLearning authoring and multimedia-editor experience, and knowledge of learning and adult-learning theories.
