Homecare Homebase is hiring a Learning Experience Designer to develop, maintain, and optimize employee and client education resources. The role creates interactive eLearning experiences, multimedia assets, instructional content, assessments, and performance-support tools; collaborates with subject matter experts; and coordinates training programs through a learning management system. It requires a bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning technologies, or a related field, at least three years of related experience, proficiency with eLearning authoring and multimedia tools, and practical use of AI to improve learning design and delivery.
