Metropolis is hiring a Learning Experience Designer to support the creation of engaging, scalable, and effective learning experiences. The role involves developing courses and resources, translating subject matter expert content into accessible materials, producing video learning content, administering learning initiatives, tracking engagement, evaluating effectiveness, and preparing for a Workday LMS implementation. Candidates need at least one year of instructional design or learning experience design experience, knowledge of adult learning and instructional design models, eLearning authoring proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with AI tools. The position requires being in the office at least four days per week and offers an anticipated base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 USD annually.
