Description
TaskUs is hiring a Learning Experience Designer to provide learner-centered instructional design and training solutions across implementations, project management, client services, consultancy, product-specific training, operations, quality, organizational development, and special projects. The role covers learning needs analysis, curriculum and lesson-plan development, e-learning content, facilitator and participant guides, training delivery, knowledge transfer, assessments, and evaluation of training effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree in instructional design or a closely related field is required, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience; a master’s degree in a related field is a plus. The position requires knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, courseware authoring tools, and learning management systems.
