Nebius Academy is hiring a Learning Experience Designer for its B2B Curriculum team to develop technical and AI-focused courses for corporate clients. The role owns end-to-end course development, including learning needs analysis, course design, skill trees, learning outcomes, educational content, assessments, facilitator materials, and continuous improvement based on learner feedback. It requires at least three years of experience in instructional or learning experience design, experience with complex skills and learning journeys, and C1 English proficiency. The position is a full-time remote contract with compensation of USD 2,500–3,000 gross per month.
