Amazon Robotics is hiring a Learning Experience Designer for its Learning Experience and Technology team to create scalable, authentic learning experiences for engineers and project managers. The role covers needs analysis, instructional design, development of e-learning and other interactive content, program design, evaluation, quality assurance, project management, and guidance of other learning experience designers. Candidates need at least five years of instructional design or related experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience with learning technologies, adult learning methods, project management, and related software. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with a base salary of 118,200 to 160,000 USD annually.
