The Bonadio Group is hiring a Learning Experience Developer for its Bonadio University team to transform approved learning designs into polished, accessible, CPE-compliant self-study and virtual instructor-led training. The role involves developing interactive eLearning and multimedia content, creating support materials, applying branding, using generative AI responsibly, publishing SCORM content in an LMS, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with learning designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. Candidates must reside in the Rochester, New York metropolitan area, hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, have at least two years of adult-learner training development experience, and demonstrate advanced Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 skills. The salary range is $60,000 to $65,000.
