TaskUs is hiring a Learning Experience Leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve training and development programs for end users, partners, distributors, and enterprise trainees. The role covers curriculum and exam development, technical preparatory training, induction programs, e-learning, trainee progress monitoring, content maintenance, and presentation of workplace learning technologies. Candidates need 1–2 years of related training or teaching experience, English fluency, Microsoft and Google proficiency, strong communication and facilitation skills, and abilities in mentoring, project management, and influencing.
