TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve training and development programs for end users, partners, distributors, and enterprise employees. The role covers curriculum and exam development, technical preparatory training, induction programs, e-learning, trainee progress monitoring, training materials, and workplace learning technologies. Eligibility requires at least six months of tenure at TaskUs, HR confirmation, a scorecard or performance assessment rating of 3 or above, and manager approval.
