TaskUs is hiring a Learning Experience Leader (Technical Trainer) in Anonas, Quezon City to design, deliver, and improve technical training for end users, partners, distributors, and IT support personnel. The role covers preparatory courses, technical enablement, induction programs, e-learning, training documentation, knowledge-base articles, and research into new technologies, with a focus on conferencing, AI capabilities, and IT systems. It requires at least one to two years of related training or teaching experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and is 100% onsite with a GY schedule.
