BOUNCE is hiring a People & Culture Learning Manager to lead the team responsible for capability architecture, competency frameworks, learning systems, governance, assessment, and operational training across its multi-venue business. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the role will design learning pathways, optimise Dayforce Learning, track competency and readiness, partner with Operations leaders, and use data to improve team performance and consistency. The position requires experience building learning systems, leading workforce development functions, developing teams, and working in multi-site operational environments.
