Description
The Learning Facilitator supports approximately 40–75 students in a virtual learning environment by monitoring progress, providing academic and motivational support, conducting interventions, grading and giving feedback, communicating with families, and maintaining student records. The role works under the Managing Instructor and collaborates with the Success Mentor and House team to implement student success strategies and meet open Learning Lab time goals. A high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree are required, while teaching and industry certifications are preferred but not required; at least one year of classroom experience is required, and virtual instruction experience is preferred.
