Ogury is hiring a Learning Intern in Barcelona for a 12-month term to support global learning and development initiatives. The role coordinates training calendars and logistics, manages the Sana Labs learning experience platform, supports AI-enabled content creation and responsible AI adoption, promotes learning initiatives, and analyzes feedback and training data. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program, fluent in English, organized, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS platforms or HR/admin coordination is a plus.
